1. What materials are used to make your industrial strainers?
   Depending on the application, carbon steel, stainless steel (SS304, SS316, and SS316L), duplex, and alloys are used in the production of our strainers. Based on the type of fluid, corrosiveness, pressure, and temperature requirements, we assist you in selecting the ideal material.

2. Are you able to provide specialized strainers for unconventional uses?
   Indeed. Custom strainers and filtering outfits, including non-standard sizes, high-pressure conditions, and design-specific configurations, are Asre Engineering’s specialty.

3. What mesh sizes or filtration levels are available?
   We provide a large selection of magnetic traps, pleated elements, perforated screens, tiny SS mesh, and multi-layer screens. Depending on the product type and intended use, filtration levels usually fall between 5 microns and 10 mm.

4. Which sectors make frequent use of your strainers?

8. How frequently do strainers need to be cleaned or maintained?
   The type of strainer and contaminant load determine maintenance frequency. Periodic hand cleaning of Y and T strainers, bag housing/basket strainer: component or bag replacement, removal of trapped metal particles using magnetic strainers, and minimal manual intervention with an automatic self-cleaning strainer.

9. Do you offer replacement filter elements or screens?
   Indeed. For all popular models and brands, we produce strainer components, perforated baskets, mesh screens, magnetic rods, bag filters, pleated elements, and custom filter cartridges.

10. What records or certifications are you able to offer?
    In accordance with project specifications, we provide Material Test Certificates (MTC), Hydrotest reports, QA/QC documentation, compliance certifications, and customized inspection reports.

11. How long does it usually take for orders to be delivered?
    Standard products have a faster dispatch schedule, while custom-built units may take 1–4 weeks or more depending on size, quantity, material availability, and complexity.

12. Do you offer installation assistance or only supply the strainers?
